Beyond panoramic windows flows the river, while inside unfolds a story about how art becomes architecture. Here every detail—from handcrafted items to ceiling moldings—creates scenic interplay of light and shadow. Lighting scenarios are designed like theatrical sets: functional light is complemented by decorative, drawing chiaroscuro patterns on walls.

Naturally, we provided space for art. Even in the bathroom, tile intentionally doesn’t cover entire wall surfaces, leaving room for artwork. Inspired by Alexander Deineka’s work, we approached artist Kirill Kipyatkov from «Luch» gallery with a request to create a series based on the Soviet master’s motifs.
